Presentation Basics 2 展示问题及解决方案

第二课主要是具体实践的过程,我们被要求选取一个自己领域的问题,按照给定的逻辑结构,来完成『背景,问题,解决方案,评估』这样一个完整体系的展示。


因为主要是通过具体的小组练习来进行概念的掌握,所以这里列出相关的概念,感兴趣的同学可以自己找时间练习。老师推荐了一个方法:用手机把自己说话的内容录制下来,再回头看就会发现很多问题(因为我们说的时候是不可能一边说一边听,发现自己的问题的)

Problem-solution presentations are often organized into the following parts:

  • Description of the situation or context that the problem exists in
    • Give the background and the consequences of the problem, so that the audience will appreciate why the solution is important
  • Description of the problem
    • talk about all relevant parts of the problem so that in the next section the audience will see how your solution solves the problem
  • Discussion of the solution(s)
    • make sure to refer back to the description of the context and the problem in order to link the solution effectively to the previous parts of the presentation
  • Evaluation of the solution(s)
    • you may want to discuss both the positives and the negatives of the solution you are discussing. However, in a persuasive speech, presenters tend to downplay the negatives so that their audience does not focus on the negatives

总结起来其实就是下面四个要点:

  • Context:用平易近人的口气和例子来让大家进入节奏
  • Problem:说明问题的严重性,借此引出解决方案的重要性
  • Solution:多个角度来说明解决方案如何对应问题的各个方面
  • Evaluation:正反两面说明,更加可信

注意不同要点之间的过渡要自然,并且用明显的转折词和关键字来让受众跟上节奏。
